Staying on top of what currently seems like the optimal way to rank highly is difficult and time consuming.So, the way in which the platform you use matters is "what tools does this platform give me to make sure that the site I'm building checks all those boxes easily and effectively?"

Just gotta figure out which tools are working at this point in the cycle.  

Definitely go with an online tool.

We do already use those reputation tools (except for the pens and jacket).

It is the best measurement among a pool of tools that are imprecise.A NPV would be much better, but that would require that an investor knows their cost of capital FOR EVERY SCENARIO precisely.

I have seen the website grow and it offers some good tools.

It is a nice listing presentation tool & seems to drive more traffic to your site BUT not sure about how much it helps sell a property.
