Looking for recommendation for how to screen the tenants and what services I can use?  

Hi Danny, I'd recommend that you look into Columbus Ohio and as someone who works with a lot of out of state investors - there's so many catalysts for why you should invest here.

My question is, can anyone recommend another site that’s reasonable and allows you to manage more, but also easily advertise to multiple sites?

I recommend partnering up with someone who has done it before.

I would recommend hitting up your local REI meetups to build your connections there.

However, I never recommend holding appreciating assets, such as real estate, in a S-corp as it causes problems down the line.
