Hey BP Family, fortunate for me I'm now in a position where I have capital but no deals! Im located in Houston Texas and want to invest in the market. Are there any fellow Houstonians that have sub to or seller finance deals available? Would like to be added to buyers list or make connections for existing or future deals.
