Can only one member of a multiple member LLC change to an S-corp?

I am a part of an LLC with 3 individuals in the partnership. Can I somehow swap only MY portion of the LLC to an S-corp that I solely own, or do all 3 partners now have to be S-corps?

Current structure:

We <3 Real Estate LLC | Members: John Doe, Jane Doe, Jacob Doe

Proposed structure:

We <3 Real Estate LLC | Members: John Doe, Jane Doe, Jacob's S-corp

And if this is possible, what's the form or submission process here to make the changes?
