Louis - honestly if you are on the major platforms and the PM has their own website, you will put a lot of effort into building your own website and facebook page and I think you will get a very small return on your work.  

Roofstock is a very convenient platform for Investors for an out of state market in Single Family Homes.

So, a open question there to see if someone on this platform has really done it or someone you know has done it?  

I wonder if there are specific realtors dedicated to selling entire portfolios?  

So far I checked another option via an online platform which had a higher rate of around 4.25% but lower closing costs.Does this seem right or too high?
