Starting a Brokerage

On a quest to find solutions for a new real estate brokerage. Seeking systems to aid in growing our business. Currently back and forth about developing solutions or buying into existing ones. What we are looking for is a back office solution, that will aid in the daily task management of the business from contract management, accounting, billing, etc. Additionally looking for a CRM. One that is scalable, with mobile applications, easily tied into a follow up and marketing solution, that we can charge our agents for use. And lastly a property management platform. Any suggestions are appreciated, as well as personal experiences.
