Keeping business expenses seperate
As a new agent, I have yet to really explore the legal and accounting aspects. I mainly have been concerned with getting listings. That being said I have been using my personal credit card for all my business expenses.
I do not have an LLC set up for any of my investments (yet) or myself as an agent. What should my first step be?

@Ryan Cleary Keep business expenses very distinct from personal, like in a separate account, starting as soon as possible. Then, if you feel necessary, get in touch with a local CPA to talk about things like entity advising and common tax deductions.
Good luck as a new agent!
