Would my wife and I live in the neighborhood and like it?

The municipal valuation is 1 227 000$, it has very good location (decent neighborhood) but most importantly less than a minute walk from the subway station.

In an effort to make our site even better, we're looking at our search function.

For the past month I have been searching for a fix and flip in the Denver area and have found nothing.  

I have been searching the MLS for a month now for a multi unit in one of the five Burroughs and cannot seem to find a deal that seems like it would cashflow.

Plus, when you start to get 10 blocks away or so, you start to wonder if neighborhood conditions affect the prices (good or bad). 

@Gururas Khalsa In general, having a keyword in the domain is preferable for search rankings, while using your company name is better for long term branding.However, neither of these are hugely important.Far more important, in my opinion, is picking a domain name that is easy to remember and spell. :-)

What is the vacancy like in your neighborhood for other units?

I have my real estate license and am currently working with a few investors searching for larger multi family units.  

I hear the guests and hosts on the podcast talk about giving a letter ratings to neighborhoods.
