What type of neighborhoods and sizes of properties are you considering?

I’m looking for opinions on neighborhoods in Lynchburg for long-term rental investing. 

For C to B-Larger developments announced nearby-Increased activity in new construction-Building of commercial retail in or near the neighborhood.

With things like the ONE Linden plan in Linden, which is a 50M plan to improve the neighborhood.

I was broke enough that I couldn't afford rent at my apartment, but fortunately my landlord didn't notice, thanks in part or in whole due to some substance abuse issues.Anyways, when visiting my mom in the neighborhood where I grew up, I had noticed this construction van at a house on our street.

I have been searching for (preliminary) courses.

@Joseph Gary there are Class B Neighborhoods in Detroit and most of the Ring Cities (suburban cities touching Detroit) are now Class B.We've got it all mapped out @ our website.DM us if you'd like to discuss more:)
