Since Zillow discontinued it's support for rental comps analyzer, I am wondering, what tools are available out there?

How do you run your comps?

I basically use craigslist, rentometer, and zillow. I just take a look at apartments around mine and see what they go for. It's not real easy for me to tell since you don't know exact size and condition (even if there are some pics). Plus, when you start to get 10 blocks away or so, you start to wonder if neighborhood conditions affect the prices (good or bad).

I'm actually trying a new higher price for one of my vacancies. I updgraded a fair amount of the apartment, so hoping I can fetch the price. But I figured I'd gamble on it this time and chance missing a month of rent. At least then I'll know.
