I hire mostly vendors, and get a copy of certificate of insurance before they start work,, some are regular contractors so they actually send it to me each year..I still have workers comp and it would cover me, and other family member, or the once in a blue moon general labor guy, that works on property, I don't think I'd risk being without it.

We are in the C space, and the tenants are blue collar.

I agree with your husband - change to "We Provide Solutions", it's more succinct.With the tagline, maybe change the color to the Seabreeze blue to a darker gray.
