I remember uptown's lack of parking when I lived  there.

I've had to pass up some great deal due to lack of funding.  

We have it listed for $319,000, but we are most likely going to be dropping that price to $310,000 this week due to lack of activity lately.

I am not an Apple guy at all and have very little interest in their products.

Shawn thats a good Question I hired a few People an some are new an Young an they don't have references an they never asked for it but i won't let that stop me i let them Prove it to me an i take before and after Pics an when they are done i give them a reference an school them as its good to have since there are bad apples out there that spoils it for most off them.Just My 2 Cents :)Elia
