Hello All,

I'm looking to partner up with anyone who would like to fund some flips in the New York Area.  I do about 5-10 flips per year but would like to increase that amount.  I've had to pass up some great deal due to lack of funding.  Please contact me if anyone has a inexpensive funding source.
