My name is Ian Greensides.  I am a builder and developer in Cupertino, California.  This is the home of Apple.  We are right next to San Jose, California in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I am also a real estate attorney and decided to start my own real estate firm after having put together many deals for clients.

I am an active community volunteer as well.
