I've been lurking here on the forums for a little while, and I suppose it's time to go ahead and introduce myself, officially.I'm a newbie, 0 deals under my belt, and I am particularly interested in the BRRRR method.

My name is Jeremy and I would like to introduce myself. 

This is good way to introduce your self, let them know what you are trying to do and see what value you can bring to their business.

I will also like to send an initial introductory letter to the tenant to introduce myself.

He then got hold of HVAC and other contractors, including the PM, and introduced me to them.I’m using a different realtor now that I’m buying commercial in SC and NC.

Start here:  https://indyhousing.org/housin...There's an application you have to complete and there's terms and conditions you have to agree to in order to be a landlord under the program.Then call/email the Housing Authority to introduce yourself, provide the closing date, and obtain tenant information; the phone number and email is provided on the link provided.And, you can't change a Section 8 Tenant Lease any more than you can change one with any other tenant. 

Since buying these homes, I've had a fascination with following the real estate market to watch the trends over the years, so when some friend introduced me to the BRRRR method, it caught my eyes and gave me a way to pursue real estate further.My initial plan is to buy 3-5 rental properties in the next four years.

Real Estate Agent, GC, Property Manager (maybe), Insurance broker, home inspector, lawyer, etc...A good, investor friendly Real Estate agent or a quality property manager can introduce you to all of the above.
