Start here: https://indyhousing.org/housin...There's an application you have to complete and there's terms and conditions you have to agree to in order to be a landlord under the program.Then call/email the Housing Authority to introduce yourself, provide the closing date, and obtain tenant information; the phone number and email is provided on the link provided.And, you can't change a Section 8 Tenant Lease any more than you can change one with any other tenant.

Real Estate Agent, GC, Property Manager (maybe), Insurance broker, home inspector, lawyer, etc...A good, investor friendly Real Estate agent or a quality property manager can introduce you to all of the above.
