Newbie to Real Estate Investing and in a new State. Please Help!

Hello BP community. I am a NEWBIE to REI and recently relocated to South Florida. I am interested in Buy & Holds in the South Florida area and would like to find ways to connect with like-minded people. Any advise on how I can find ways to network in this area during COVID-19.

I will continue to look at the webinars that BP has to offer, especially the ones that of analyzing property. I have checked out some of the meet up groups that are offered here in South Florida and they all have been helpful with providing more information on the market here.
