maybe the peak happens in august but melt down probably not.I do feel prices are peaking in many markets .. although does not mean they will drop like a rockand investor purchases are apples and oranges to home owners. different motivations.

I feel this is an outdated way of trying to get in front of motivated sellers.

I haven’t seen many ppl who are not extremely design interested/motivated get white “right” in a way most others appreciate it.

The Buyer's Agent is usually compensated by the Seller. the Seller's Agent charges a commission (e.g. 6%) and then offers to split that with the Buyer's Agent as motivation for bringing a buyer.

Seller motivation is critical to putting together a great deal for investors that may be more flexible on terms (like myself).

Long enough that it shows some level of motivation to fill out but also completely free.

Expand your thinking and research all possible motives people would have to seek a 1-6 month rental, furnished in your area.
