Is Grey Always the Best Choice for Interiors (???)

So many people are on the Grey bandwagon when it comes to painting interior walls (I am too).

But Sherwin-Williams has come out this year what they think might be new trends for apartments.

Browns and Greens it looks like.

Do you have any thoughts on these possible trends and their use in getting a potential renter to sign on the dotted line (???)

What are your thoughts on this for class (B) and Class (C) apartments and renters (???)
