Both of these places would have positive cash flow allocating for legit cap expense ($250-$300 for a detached unit per month, so at least $500 for a detached duplex), vacancy 5%, and maintenance.I really should not be encouraging competition in my area but I am NOT using Escondido because I think it is unique but because I know it well and know what duplex to quad are on the market and what duplex to quad have sold.

If you just try to go build a custom site out the gate, I suspect it will not work out well.However, don't mix up two concepts: (1) SEO rank, and (2) conversion rate.

Customer service was also friendly and helpful.The only drawback i could see is that the money you withdraw from the TSP can't work for you in the fund, so you are sacrificing growth in your retirement portfolio over a decent stretch of several years.

We have protocols we can follow to encourage the neighboring owner to act but the first step is the initial warning letter (everything needs to be documented), then a call to a hearing with the Board, after which the Board can decide to impose potential fines.
