I have business cards with my name, business entity, and my picture so people can put a face to a name (add a personal touch to each one, i think).So I encourage you to take action and start looking into getting a business name/entity, but take the great advice from some of the people on this thread and make your own business cards for now with your name and contact information.

Many professions are becoming "more professional" by requiring more education, more degrees and more licensing.And some employers encourage further college education whether toward a degree or post degree by either partially or fully paying for tuition.And as real estate investors know very well, there is always a demand for trades people, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, HVAC, etc.
