Project update... 

My question is, since we’re new in this business, would it be more lucrative for us to flip a house rather than take this project?

Today my question in aimed at those who are from outside of the greater Los Angeles area- wether a few hours away or thousands of miles away- Do you want or do you flip properties in the greater Los Angeles market and wish you had someone to manage your project because you can't be there because of distance of perhaps because of time constraints?

Looking to get a rental or two with my current cash pile, I do not believe in a direction at this point in stocks, crypto, or most commodities, so I am not trading them.

Besides, the project is HQ2 not a mega-fulfillment center. 

I'm in my mid-twenties working in NYC and work as a Project Manager for a GC and would like to move from Brooklyn to Jersey to kick off my journey, while in close proximity to work in Midtown.

I work with multiple Real Estate Agents, Government Project Managers, Title Companies, Attorneys, Bird Dogs and other "Street Teams" that aid me in finding these SWEET deals.

My primary residence here in Lake Oswego is the question.turns out one of my projects got harpooned by the City of Lake Oswego and the cost to split the estate lot in two just does not make sense..

@Juan Espinoza And once you find someone, your pitch needs to be compelling enough for them to be excited to invest in you as opposed to other investment vehicles.Have a plan written out with your strategy on the deal, projected ROIs, and any other stipulation that you can think of.
