New to the Real Estate game!
Hey other Pros, newbies and inbetweeners!
I'm in my mid-twenties working in NYC and work as a Project Manager for a GC and would like to move from Brooklyn to Jersey to kick off my journey, while in close proximity to work in Midtown. My plan is to house hack in a multifamily unit in the East Newark, University Heights or Union City area because of their proximity to Manhattan.
I currently would like to start building a team and from my research it seems like working with a Realtor is the first step, if anyone would like to connect please send me a message.
Thank you
