New BP member looking to connect and build!
Hi BiggerPockets! I'm really excited to continue my REI journey on BiggerPockets. I started in the RE game by helping my father Property Manage and fix up our family owned duplex when I was a young man. I worked on that property with the family from 2000 and on. Now, I'm taking my RE life by the horns and Specialize in Assignments. I dig up those hard to find deals and offer them to my investors that don't have the time to look around for those hidden gems. I work with multiple Real Estate Agents, Government Project Managers, Title Companies, Attorneys, Bird Dogs and other "Street Teams" that aid me in finding these SWEET deals. Some of my properties aren't even listed YET, which means... less competition for YOU!
