Hi Everyone,

My name is Ramy and I live in Northern Virginia, near Washington DC. Sorry for the arrogant title...but made you look :)

I am an IT consultant leading Big Data, and Data Science projects and I am looking to use my experience/skills to give me an edge in Real Estate investing. This is a new territory for me, Real Estate investing, but i have been familiar with it and been speaking with very successful investors in the area for the past few years as I have been studying up on the subject. I am now at a point where I am equipped enough and extremely hungry to get involved in this space and starting building an investment portfolio. so here we go with the first of thousands of posts to come!
