I'm under contract on a duplex and one of my unacceptable conditions was the foundation which showed signs of significant movement (see below pics from inspection report).

Thanks for your time.Also I know I cant sign contracts due to my age, but I can do many other things that is usually a waste of time to agents or brokers.

The commission to the broker is paid out of the seller's side (almost always, as they are the ones who signed a listing contract agreeing to pay the broker a commission on sale of property).

Then go to credit karma, sign up for rental karma and they will verify with your "landlord" and that will put payment history on your credit.I once had to cosign for my sister, who made 3 times as much money as I did.

If you are the landlord, it is up to you and all details should be listed on the rental agreement signed by both parties.If you are the tenant, yes it is!
