I just don't think that spend is necessary in a red hot seller's market.One thing on my to-do list is to set up a relationship with a furniture rental company to do the same sort of thing.  

His attorney is trying to help him get those settled for less so we can close.Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?

Once a year during tax season the question of a better record keeping hits me :)  We manage about 20 rental units and once a year I need to go through all our business accounts statements and credit cards to sort through records for the whole year.
