I have a full time software job and I'm not interested in selling real estate for other people, I would mostly be buying properties and renting them, occasionally I would sell a property I own. 

I downloaded 118,000 tax parcels from the county website in a data dump, in ShapeFile format and opened in QGIS software, a freeware GIS software you can get online. 

I use property management software that helps do that as well.

I'll eventually move over to a more complex accounting software such as quickbooks down the line, buy I want to wait until I a have further understanding of basic accounting beforehand.

Before I started, I researched online software to help me with managing my rental property (listing, rent collection, document management, accounting, etc.).  

I am considering "paynearme, or payment through my management software (Buildium)To be honest my three properties need a ton of work as the previous PMC neglected the properties on every level from maintenance/bookkeeping/tenants.

I use turn key GC so no PM software required.

There is also some good software that I have used for flips and buy and hold that produces a nice presentation.

I was wondering if anyone has some advice on software that can help me organize me with my rentals.

You may need to search by the address of the buyer as they may change their name or the name of the entity on each purchase.You can also buy lists from companies like list source and subscribe to software that will show you who the cash buyers are.
