rental management and tax software

Hello and thanks for all of the help and information on this forum. I was wondering if anyone has some advice on software that can help me organize me with my rentals. I am new and have under 10 units, but looking to grow. I would hope for some type of software that can work well/or do tax preparation. thanks!

Hi @Michael Debella , I am a small landlord with 10 units for about 10 years now and I use tenant cloud. Its free and It allows me to track all my tenants, expenses and income etc.

Simple enough to use, understand and  supports you with your business.
