What I'm not a fan of is that it looks like once you sign up, they then find, hire, and train someone.

I now have the tenant keeping towels in every possible location and a fan to reduce moisture.The next step is when to repair the cabinet.

I'm admittedly not a fan of private REITs because of the fees and illiquidity, but if you really want to go the private REIT route I happen to think Fundrise's fees are more reasonable.I've got some concerns with their business plan and would rather invest in other public mortgage REITs like STWD and LADR, but Ian has dug fairly deep into their fee arrangements.

Their raving fan past clients, because they do their jobs very well, are their entire marketing initiative.

For the golfing fans out there, perhaps another geographical reference point will do.  

All I did was install the pink fan fold insulation and nailed up the siding with 2 inch roofing nails .

I am more of a fan of buy and hold than flips.

Though its not an answer to your question, i am a fan of burner, google voice, and good ol fashion verizon.  

This may be a unique and/or under exploited Buy/Hold niche so I’d appreciate any feedback the BP community may have.Even though I’ve done a ton of research, I believe there is no substitute for hands on experience therefore, I’d love to network with investors who have experience with this strategy or even partner with investors interested in the concept.I became a BP fan about a year ago by listening to the podcast and I am very excited to chat with and exchange ideas with the members on this site.
