I was curious if there were any podcasts or videos in bigger pockets that showed anything in how a beginner can do some book keeping and how one would go about forming an LLC for maybe their 2nd property. 

I would like to connect with others who have the same interest and learn all I can to get my first deal off the ground.I would Read Joe Fairless Apartment Syndication book, watch some youtube videos, get Michael Blank SDA.
