@Jonathan Klemm having access to data was one of my initial motives for getting licensed in the first place - it would make me a better investor. In my previous corporate life in one of our board rooms we had a picture that stated: "In god we trust; all others bring data." - needless to say this got drilled into me for many years. The data gets even more interesting when you zoom in further, which is getting too lengthy for my video audience - residential clients seem to like less than 3 minutes.

Everyone is talking about an inventory shortage, which is technically incorrect - tons of houses for sale - it's the velocity they sell for that is unheard of, which makes it look like we have no inventory.

The bigger question is what will Milwaukee 's future hold? Is it possible that we will see a hosing price development similar to Denver (+55% since 2000) or Minneapolis (+85%).. What are the circumstances it takes to drive such a development? Those are the questions I am obsessing with...
