Any Book keeping or basic accounting info in a pod cast or video?

I was curious if there were any podcasts or videos in bigger pockets that showed anything in how a beginner can do some book keeping and how one would go about forming an LLC for maybe their 2nd property. Info I'm looking for is related to the article I read over the weekend from BP site Accounting Practices for LLC's: What Every Real Estate Investor Should Know by Brandon Hall.  This was great but made me curious if there was something more detailed or possibly a podcast/ webinar to show basics and a walk though what an investor can do and early on? Like kind of a step by step of a real life example/ layout very basic.
