I have newer VOIP click to call numbers I want to assign each Tenant So we can call them even if they change cell numbers or lose their phones :)  I want to add for Tenants to phone in as well as Plumbers calling them without giving up their personal phone numbers.

Unfortunately wholesalers and businesses has gotten access to my cell phone number and I'm inundated with robo calls and VA calls from the Phillipines constantly. 

Get caught up on generating income and using systems, technology, and other people to keep the income coming without you being too involved. 

I agree social media is great, the age of your target market in rural Mo. may not be that technologically savvy.

sorry I'm not tagging you, but I'm on my cell and the tag function doesn't work on it.For out of state investing I invest in Massachusetts, where I am originally from and still have family, and North Carolina, where I have some family that has moved to.
