Hopefully, you had a home inspection done by a certified home inspector, and you received a certified inspection report with color photos describing each defect.

Plus Im trying to bird dog for someone here and I cannot open their site nor will my photos download to my computer in a format that is sendable to anyone.  

(The ad only asked for $1600 and the photos were poorly done -- although the max that would have been allowed in 2015 given the utility allowance was $1671).

As to the tile, when I lay that "Porcelain fake wood" I don't lay it as a tile, as I see they have done in your photo, @Aaron Mazzrillo.

They were getting in from the back unlocked window.If you do invest there, I'd recommend doing only the necessary to maximize your Section 8 rents.

We've been trying to add our rental unit listing on zillow, but every time we go to see the published ad on zillow, the listing has changed from a 1 bedroom into 2 bedroom condo, the square footage is wrong, data is wrong and there are photos that are not from our unit.
