I am a new real estate investor from Olympia who is looking to participate in an investor group of any size, in other words shared risk/reward, and I can bring cash and 720 credit (and it will rise some more) to the table. I have had an interest in real estate for decades and I am now going to do something with this. I was a licensed stockbroker for two years, in the early 90's, in the Los Angeles area but became disillusioned with it and went back to my old job as a quality control inspector for a company that dealt exclusively in government contracts, both foreign and domestic. Lockheed Martin bought the company and I did not have enough seniority to keep the job. This is why I'm here in Washington state and it has been my home since 1998. I am also an honorably discharged Navy veteran. I am currently on disability and I do have mobility but not able to climb under a house to fix a leaky pipe (and come to think of it, this is the part of real estate I would happily let others do. I may have a contact or two who would be willing to do a manual labor job). At this time I don't have a vehicle and looking for one. If you have something, I would like to take a look at it. Thank you.
