Several occasions, I have just printed a client's scanned check, cut them to their shape (front and back), endorsed, and snapped via mobile deposit, cleared next day; the client still has the check physically at the time of deposit, of course they mailed them to me usually within a week.

I even sent her a box of chocolates after the one listing we saw together in appreciation for her taking the time, even though she had to go to the property anyway to take pics for the listing - but she chatted with me and gave me advice.

this was my second time updating a home for another investor. since i have been doing it for awhile the investor asked me to update it the same way i update our houses, same materials, colors, tiles, etc.the caabinets and counters are old, but bath is all new.here are some before and after pics - house on the left, was taking pic of the driveway..

If you buy a color that can not be matched, you will notice any touch ups (even if you get the color computer color match scanned).

I have used a very good flat fee MLS company that services my region for $99+additional services like 30 pics, call to show,etc.As others mentioned it is a good deal only if you know the process, are familiar with the contracts, agent lingo and pricing strategy.Professional pics make a big difference, but price rules.
