this was my second time updating a home for another investor. since i have been doing it for awhile the investor asked me to update it the same way i update our houses, same materials, colors, tiles, etc.

the caabinets and counters are old, but bath is all new.

here are some before and after pics - house on the left, was taking pic of the driveway..
