I bought the domain, [REMOVED] and built a new site on weebly for free.I will get their traffic for free and it will be easier for me to get the site ranked because it has some links and had a we buy houses site up until last year.Another place to find great domains is godaddy auctions.

If you see the joints separating or signs that they're shifting around, it means a bad repair.If you can get a wider picture, we may be able to determine if that cross brace should be there, if it should be scabbed or removed and if your can fix this yourself or should hire a structural engineer.

Seller wants to remove my escape clause

I have a seller that wants me to remove the language from the purchase offer that would allow me to back out of the deal but I'm hesitant to do it for obvious reasons.Anyone have any creative ways to help protect myself if I remove that language, for instance can I add a line that lets me reduce the purchase offer by any amount I want should my inspection produce unfavorable results?

In some states they can legally prevent you from removing the home until their lien is satisfied.If I were in your position, I would be talking to the ownership of the park.

In any event, retail price will probably end up being $220k, hvac $7k, roof $8k, new elec panel, branch circuits to kitchen, kitchen remodel, bath remodel, ceiling removal, int/ext paint, windows, etc another $40k.
