The question that we have is assuming we are going to close on the home and at some point in the future if we plan to sell does these disclosures have any impact on the home or the price of the home.

So I need to file the Statement of Claim, and have questions about the form and process.Do I complete the form, have it served to the tenant by personal service, then file it with the court?  

If everyone could sit back, find real values on line, and make offers based on those values everyone would get rich flipping properties.
