I'd be living in one, parents would live in another.

So, my sister is looking for her first apartment or home outside my parent's place and due to her work history, she wouldn't be able to be approved on her own.

i.e. 10 year old can put their money into "Bank of Parents" savings account and earn 1%. 

-The situation - i’m currently living at my parents home but the house is still my primary home(which is why the bank is offering me a heloc) -I plan on renting it out, but I want to do it the best way possible in terms of asset liability, insurance and taxes.
