The rightpathhome.com is a scam. do not do business with them

I'll keep this short and sweet.   My wife and I entered into an agreement with bridgewaterinvestments.com which is now called rightpathhome.com for a lease to own opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.  We lived there for a little over a year until we had to move in with my wife's parents after her father's health began to fail and her mother needed help to take care of him.  We left the house and lost our earnest money which was non-refundable; didn't have a problem with that because it was in the contract.  We did, however, pay a security deposit which Mario has yet to repay us completely.  We had issues with him also trying to say that we didn't pay our rent which we resolved with the home owner.  it got so bad that we had to cut Mario completely out of the process and pay the homeowner directly at the end of our lease.  Our experience with Mario has been nothing but horrific.  I don't expect to hear back from him or to get our money back, but if our poor experience can save someone else from going through the same difficulties then It is worth it.  do not do business with this company.  Also, look to see what name change comes next as this used to be bridgewaterinvestors.com.  Quite the chamelon.
