Tips and advice for a 16 year old

Hello,

Im a 16 year old turning 17 this July. I live in San Francisco, CA. I’ve always loved the thought of investing in real estate and I’ve been doing homework on it since I was 15. I keep hearing people talk about finding a mentor but I have no idea where to find one. Can someone point me to the right direction? Feel free to also leave any tips about starting & getting into real estate at a young age because it helps a lot !
