You can go to JLL or CBRE's websites and see if you can get their "packages" for some of the deals they're marketing.

This has kept inventory much lower than it otherwise would have been given the fairly rapid decrease in buyer demand last year.As a result, many buyers are turning to new construction (WSJ article) both as a source of available inventory and for incentive packages, which often include reduced interest rates.

If I have some doc that needs notarizing he will come to my office and do it.. when i have east coast closings.. they will do all those .. no appointment I just pop in with the docs they do all the notarizing and if its a big package I forward to them first they print them out on their big printer and they are sitting there waiting for me.. 

I have always kept every complete, and incomplete application package.

In your experience, what is the best setup/accommodation package so that both parties are happy? 

And the reason for quoting the word allowed is because some of the IRS info packages actually say we allow you to do so, but skip out the recapture part (essentially trying to make it look like "oh hey, look at what we let you do, it's amazing if you wanna do it", but not mentioning the "even if you don't, you still gotta pay for it at recapture").As far as land, good point.

When possible, I like to leave some bottled water in the fridge and some non-perishable food items (bags of nuts, individually packaged bags of chips or popcorn, etc) with a note welcoming them.Toiletries are also a good idea...like the size and quantity you would find in a good hotel.  

I bought the bulk box and put 2 packages of popcorn on top of every microwave in every vacant rental.
