Assume you have a 100k HELOC, I understand the leverage power of purchasing 5 100K properties using 20K down each instead of paying cash for 1 100K property, this concept seems to work best with buy and hold properties, in my opinion anyways.

Im on a mon to mon now i have a friend that has been staying here and now im told my rent will increase, the electrical is always blowing a fuse so im w/o power for most of the day throughout the home untill the niece who lives in the main home gets home or feels like resetting the electrical box, i got a window unit cooler after my home registered 95deg inside im being told this plc isent equip for it the main home has 1 running as well.
