Hey Anthony,Managing payoffs and broker commissions while staying on top of cash flow can definitely feel overwhelming.

I love the more detailed analysis but I'm overwhelmed. 

It can get overwhelming really quickly.

They might not be great for cash flow but might be great for long term capital appreciation especially when you use leverage.I’d rather own a $1M asset that breaks even but appreciates consistently by 3% than own a $100k asset that cash flows $3k per year.There’s power in investing in or near your backyard.  

Instead of inspiring confidence, they overwhelm the seller with negativity.

The process seems daunting and overwhelming, and I am not confident I will put the time in to talk to sources, analyze, and find properties for investing purposes.
