Hi Everyone,

I'll be sending my first mail campaign to owners in the pre-foreclosure phase. Any recommendations of what website I should be using?  I know some providers have very outdated data. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Public record. The courthouse records are the definitive resource. In trustee states like NC, the trustee websites are a good resource.
