If your home is in an area that has numerous indicators indicating that it will appreciate greater than inflation, then it is no less an investment than investing in a stock that has good indicators for stock value increase.You have to treat it like an investment.

Read the fine print about time for service calls, limits and such.In our experience, they deliberately make everything take a long time and have numerous hoops to jump through - all designed to force you to hire someone else, so they avoid coverage.
