Hello!

I’m new to the Jacksonville FL real estate market and I’m wondering if anyone knows how to find a good Wholesaler in that area? I’ve heard this is a good way to start finding good deals...thoughts???

Thanks!

Absolutely not...

Right now the Jacksonville market is flooded with "wanna be" wholesalers...in other words they are like middlemen....and you end up overpaying because there is like 10 fees wrapped into a deal.

Example:

The real wholesaler might be in Kansas City..he gets a house under agreement in Jacksonville florida then he "lists" it within his network, then all these other "regurgitaters" try to find a buyer like you...by the time the home gets sold it has like 10 sets of hands on it and 10 fees...

Dont deal with a wholesaler unless you are dealing directly with the one who signed the original assignment contract.

I straight up ask them these days...
