We have recently launched a direct mail campaign and the calls are coming in!

They either put checks in a lock box or pay by ACH and some mail a check.

I would send your tenants a 60-day notice to end their tenancy and it can be personally delivered or sent by certified or registered mail. 

We’re primarily in direct mail which is getting so saturated these days.

Last time I did seller finance, I literally mailed a check monthly and manually generated loan statements.

I give each apartment a network name that is the same as the mailing address of the apartment. 

You demonstrate your primary residence by where you register to vote, receive mail, the address on your drivers license, and where you sleep at night the most.  

I am starting my first direct mail marketing campaign and looking for some constructive criticism.- how is the general wording?

On the post cards did you use the same verbiage each time you sent them or each mailing was different?

The letter was full of incorrect info and a few lies, such as that 2 letters were also mailed to me (weren’t) and when I tried to approach the tenant immediately after opening the hand delivered letter, he hid from me!
