Inquiries about Philadelphia Neighborhoods
My business partner and I are wholesalers from out of state looking to break into the Philly market. We have recently launched a direct mail campaign and the calls are coming in! One house is in the Kensington/West Kensington neighborhoods of Philly near E. Clearfield St.
What is this area like; e.g., is it an up-and-coming area, crime high/low, investors looking to buy in this area b/c not much money needs to be put into rehab but can still demand a decent rent, etc.
Thank you in advance for all of your insight!

It really depends. It's a great area to get deals in but there are parts that have new development and there are parts that are still super scary. Message me the block within .1 miles and I'll give you a better answer if you want.
